We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or accidental orders.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: softgirlsocietyco@gmail.com

Please include: your order number, photos of the damaged item, and photos of the packaging. Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund if applicable.

Custom & Personalized Items

All personalized or custom items, including customized journals, are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged.
