Frequently Asked Questions
1)How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy periods or special releases, processing times may be slightly longer.
2)How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually arrives within 5–10 business days after processing.
Express shipping usually arrives within 2–5 business days after processing. Pre-order items are made to order and cannot be returned, exchanged, or express shipped.
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier.
3)Do you accept returns or refunds?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
4)What if my package is lost or marked delivered, but I don’t have it?
Soft Girl Society Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks the order as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
5)Can I change my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be changed once they have been placed. Please make sure all items, sizes, colors, and customization details are correct before completing checkout. Because many of our items are made to order, customized, or limited in quantity, we are unable to guarantee changes after an order has been submitted.
6)Do you restock items?
Some items are limited and may not be restocked. Follow us on Instagram @softgirlsocietyco for updates on new products and restocks.

Custom Journals
8)Do you offer custom journals?
Yes. Some journals can be customized with names or text on the cover. Instructions for personalization will be listed on the product page. Custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.
Custom Stanley Cups
9)How long does it take to customize a Stanley Cup?
Custom Stanley cups are made to order. Please allow approximately 20 business days (3-4 weeks) for customization before shipping. Processing time may vary depending on order volume.
10) Do I need to provide my own Stanley Cup?
No. Soft Girl Society Co provides the Stanley Cup for customization based on the selection available at the time of your order.
11)How do I send my customization details?
After placing your order, please send an email to softgirlsocietyco@gmail.com within 24 hours with the following:
First and last name used at checkout
Order number
Customization details
12)If customization details are not received within 24 hours, your order may be delayed.
13)Can I change my custom order?
Once customization has started, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
14)Are custom Stanley cups refundable?
Custom items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or express shipped unless they arrive damaged.
Custom Crocs & Multiple Custom Items
15)What if I order both custom Crocs and a custom Stanley?
Orders that include multiple custom items may require additional processing time. Please allow extra time for customization if you order multiple custom products.
16)What happens if I don’t send my customization details after ordering?
After placing a custom order, you must send your customization details within 24 hours to softgirlsocietyco@gmail.com. If customization details are not received within 24 hours, your order may be delayed.
Soft Girl Society Co will reach out to you regarding your order. If no response is received, we will follow up again after 72 hours. We understand that life gets busy, but delays in sending customization details may delay your order's completion.
17)What if I need my custom order by a certain date?
Custom items require additional processing time. If you need your order for a gift, event, or special occasion, please place your order early.
Soft Girl Society Co is not responsible for delays caused by late customization details or late customer responses.
18)How long does it take to customize a pair of Crocs?
Custom Crocs are made to order. Please allow approximately 15-20 business days (3-4 weeks) for customization before shipping. Processing time may vary depending on order volume.
